Collection: The Transitional Edit

Luna Fashion House Transitional Edit is the curated shoulder-season collection pulling from across the catalog: light coats, layered knit pieces, tailored blazers, refined blouses, and skirts and trousers that work for 50 to 70 degree Fahrenheit days. The collection serves women over forty who need a working wardrobe for spring and fall when weather fluctuates and full winter or summer dressing reads wrong.

The collection covers six families. Light coats: the Iris short tailored coat in deep black and the Emma light coat with teal floral jacquard for daily and statement transitional layering. Jacquard trench coats: the Rea jacquard trench coat in beige and the Kim classic long trench coat in beige for travel and business. Tailored blazers for layering: the Frida cropped zip blazer in black and the broader blazer range. Refined knitwear from the Jody capsule: Jody lace cardigan in black and lace blouses for layered dressing. Embroidered skirts and refined trousers: the Regina embroidered midi skirt in noir garden and the broader Luna pant range. Coordinated separates that mix across categories.

Construction follows European garment-making standards at the Pozarevac atelier. Cotton-blend and viscose-blend fabrics for breathability in milder temperatures, structured shoulder lines on jackets and coats, refined cuff and hem finishing, viscose lining on all jackets and dresses. European-sourced fabrics. Sizes XS to 3XL.

For a starting transitional wardrobe, build around three layer types: a light coat (Iris or Emma), a tailored blazer (Frida cropped or Lola white), and a refined knit cardigan (Jody lace). Pair across with Luna trousers, skirts, and blouses for full coordinated dressing. Continue reading: Light coats, Knitwear, and Blazers.
