We pair European craftsmanship with modern ease, producing small-batch, limited-edition collections in Europe through women-led ateliers. Every piece is designed to move from desk to dinner, travel beautifully, and earn a lasting place in your wardrobe.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that does not fit. If you order the same model again in a different color or size, we can ensure that you can keep any discount that may have been granted on the original order. The returned item will be refunded as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

Our aesthetic is timeless and feminine with modern functionality. The core palette—Ivory, Noir, Midnight Green, and Bordeaux—anchors effortless capsule dressing. We also offer neutrals and color stories for every woman’s style and taste, including polka dots, floral prints, ombré effects, classic solids, and elegant neutrals.

All garments are made in Europe in small batches by experienced teams in women-led ateliers. We do not use sweatshops. Limited runs protect quality and help reduce waste.

We favor satin, wool, silk viscose, and cotton blends because they deliver drape, breathability, and longevity. When performance requires a blend, we keep synthetics minimal and choose wrinkle-resistant compositions with smooth comfort linings. The exact fabric content appears on each product page.

Every style moves through pattern refinement, multi-size fit testing, real-life wear tests, and two rounds of inspection—at the atelier and again before fulfillment—so the piece you receive is polished and consistent.

We begin with concept and palette, develop and refine patterns, test fit on a range of sizes and body shapes, and wear-test for movement and wrinkle recovery. We then move into small-batch European production and finish with final quality checks.

Most styles run true to size. If a piece is intentionally snug or relaxed, we note it in the Fit & Details section on the product page. When you are between sizes, consider sizing up for structured jackets and sizing down for stretch knits.

Open the Size Guide on any product page and compare our garment measurements with a similar piece you already own. If you are unsure, contact Customer Care and we will help you choose. 

Measure the fullest part of your bust with the tape level. Measure your natural waist just above the navel. Measure the fullest part of your hips with your feet together. Use light clothing and avoid pulling the tape tight.

If you are hourglass, highlight the waist with belted blazers, wrap silhouettes, and pencil or A-line skirts. If you are rectangle, create definition with belted jackets and pleated or wide-leg trousers. If you are pear, balance proportions with structured shoulders, darker bottoms, and A-line skirts. If you are inverted triangle, soften the top with V-necklines, bias or A-line skirts, and wide-leg pants. If you are petite, elongate with single-breasted blazers, above-knee skirts, and ankle-length trousers. If you are tall, emphasize clean vertical lines with longline blazers, wide-leg trousers, and midi dresses.

Yes. We provide complimentary styling guidance for work, travel, and events. Share your size, height, and goals, and we will suggest a mini-capsule that fits your life.

Always follow the care label. Many Luna styles are machine-washable on a Hand Wash, Delicates, or Sensitive cycle in cold water. Wash separately or with like colors using a mild detergent, turn garments inside out, and use a mesh bag for extra care. After washing, shake gently, smooth the seams, reshape the garment, and then place it on a padded hanger or lay it flat to air-dry. You may or may not need light touch-up steaming; if you steam, use low to medium steam at a safe distance. For lace or delicate trims, steam from the inside or use a pressing cloth if lightly ironing. Tailored jackets and trousers should be spot cleaned and steamed between wears and dry cleaned only when needed to preserve structure and color. Lace and delicate pieces can be hand washed cold or professionally cleaned and dried flat away from heat and direct sun. For travel, roll garments in your suitcase and give them a quick steam on arrival. Store jackets on shaped or padded hangers and fold knits to prevent stretching.

We accept major cards and digital wallets, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Shop Pay Installments may be available for eligible orders at checkout.

We process orders within one business day, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. Orders placed after our daily cutoff may process on the next business day.

After processing, most orders arrive with two-day shipping. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

We move quickly. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already shipped, you can begin a return through the Returns Portal.

Select styles are made to order and typically ship four to six weeks from the date of purchase. The estimated ship window appears on the product page. Payment is usually captured at checkout to reserve your unit. If your cart includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately. We will email you if timelines change.

We offer a fourteen-day return window from delivery on eligible items in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Final-sale items are clearly flagged on the product page.

We use a self-serve Returns Portal. Open your order confirmation email and click the portal link to request a return or exchange and to generate your label.

After your return is delivered, we inspect the item and then issue your refund, exchange, or store credit according to your request and policy eligibility. You will receive email updates at each step.

Return shipping terms are shown during the portal flow. We keep the process clear and simple so you know what to expect.

Our premium packaging is gift-ready, and you can add a gift note at checkout when available. Digital gift cards are available and are delivered by email.

We plan small batches, prioritize natural and natural-rich fabrics such as satin, wool, silk viscose, and cotton blends, and design with a capsule mindset to reduce waste. We produce in European facilities that meet strict labor standards. Approved returns are inspected and restocked when possible, and imperfects may be repaired, donated, or reserved for quality review.
