Returns and Exchanges
Free 30 day returns and free exchanges, no questions asked. We stand behind every Luna piece. If anything is not right, send it back within 30 days for a full refund or a complimentary size or color exchange. Every order ships with a prepaid return label.
How It Works
Visit our Returns Portal to begin a return or exchange. Print the prepaid return label included with your shipment, drop the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location, and we take it from there.
For exchanges, your replacement size or color ships as soon as your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, typically within 2 business days.
Return Window
Submit your return or exchange request within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, the merchandise must reach our warehouse within 14 days of label issue.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, cleaning, fragrance, or missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of warehouse receipt and include any sales tax paid at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free and unlimited within the 30 day window. Select your preferred replacement size or color in the Returns Portal.
Replacements ship complimentary as soon as your return is received and inspected.
If your requested size or color is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead and notify you by email.
Final Sale and Non Returnable Items
Final sale merchandise, including clearance, sample sale items, gift cards, and customized or monogrammed pieces, is not eligible for return or exchange.
Final sale status is clearly indicated on the product page and again at checkout.
Gift Returns
Gifts from Luna may be returned for store credit equal to the original purchase price, regardless of any promotion or discount applied at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Report manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing returns@lunafashionhouse.com with photos and a brief description.
We will provide a prepaid return label and, upon inspection, replace the item or issue a full refund including any shipping charges.
