SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1 business day and ship from California via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, and US orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days. You will receive tracking by email once your parcel is in transit. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Luna Fashion House is not liable for carrier delays, delivery errors, or address inaccuracies provided by you.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

To cancel an order before it ships, email connect@lunafashionhouse.com with your order number. Changes such as a new shipping address can be made only before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, please use the return and exchange process below.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked, and returns are free within the United States. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original labels and tags attached. Returns are self serve: visit lunafashionhouse.loopreturns.com, enter your order number and zip code, choose return or exchange, and print your prepaid label. For help with a return, email returns@lunafashionhouse.com. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of the return reaching us and include any sales tax paid at checkout. For an exchange, the new size or color ships as soon as the return is received and inspected, typically within 2 business days; if it is out of stock, you receive a full refund instead. Items that show wear, alteration, cleaning, or fragrance, or that are missing tags, are not eligible. Gift cards and customized or monogrammed pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. PRODUCT CARE AND LIMITED WARRANTY

Luna coats are dry clean only. All other Luna garments can be machine washed on a gentle cycle, air dried, and steamed or ironed on low if needed. Luna Fashion House warrants against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. To file a warranty claim, email connect@lunafashionhouse.com with photos of the defect and your order number. Defects from misuse, improper care, or normal wear are not covered.
