SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our order processing is one business day. Complimentary second-business-day shipping is offered on all orders within the continental United States. Orders typically process within one to two business days and ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You will receive tracking information by email once your package is in transit. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. LFH is not liable for carrier delays, delivery errors, or address inaccuracies provided by you.

ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
To cancel an order before shipment, email connect@lunafashionhouse.com with your order number. If your order has already shipped, you must use the Returns & Exchanges procedure. We may accommodate modifications (e.g., shipping address changes) only if requested before fulfillment begins.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
LFH offers free 30 day returns and free exchanges, no questions asked. Unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with all original labels and tags intact may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To initiate, visit returns.lunafashionhouse.com or email returns@lunafashionhouse.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Every order ships with a prepaid return label included in the shipment confirmation email. Once approved, returned merchandise must reach our warehouse within 14 days of label issue. After we inspect and accept the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds include any sales tax paid at checkout. For exchanges, the replacement size or color ships as soon as the return is received and inspected, typically within 2 business days. If your requested replacement is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, cleaning, fragrance, or missing tags are not eligible. Final sale items, gift cards, and customized or monogrammed pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

PRODUCT CARE & LIMITED WARRANTY
Follow the care instructions included with each garment to maintain its condition. LFH warrants against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. To file a warranty claim, email connect@lunafashionhouse.com with photos of the defect and your order number. Defects from misuse, improper care, or normal wear are not covered.
