RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free within the United States.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Returns and exchanges are self serve. Go to the return portal at https://lunafashionhouse.loopreturns.com, enter your order number and the zip code from your order, choose exchange or return, and print your prepaid return label. Drop the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location and we take it from there.

ELIGIBILITY
Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Undamaged
- With all original labels and tags intact (not removed or reattached)

REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving your returned item.
