Return policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Returns are free within the United States.

How to return or exchange

Returns and exchanges are self serve. Go to the Returns Portal at https://lunafashionhouse.loopreturns.com, enter your order number and the zip code from your order, choose return or exchange, and print your prepaid label. Drop the package at any USPS, UPS or FedEx location.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original labels and tags attached.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of the return reaching us and include any sales tax paid at checkout.
