The Kim Classic Long Coat in Beige is a transitional long coat cut on trench lines in a soft-touch polyester with a hand close to cashmere, fully lined in breathable Bemberg, with storm flaps front and back, epaulettes, a front zipper under a double-breasted button front, buttoned sleeve straps, a self-fabric tie belt, and hand-finished interior seams. The skirt flares to mid-calf. It is built for daily executive wear in transitional weather, spring and fall ceremonies, business travel, and the warm-toned wardrobe.
Fabric
Soft-touch polyester chosen for a hand close to cashmere and a fluid drape, with full Bemberg breathable lining, hand-finished interior seams, a pointed collar with notched lapel, storm flaps, epaulettes, 2 flap pockets, and a self-fabric belt at the natural waist. Pure wool at this length sheds visibly with heavy wear and discolors in beige over years of city commuting; the cloth in the Kim was chosen for the opposite outcome. It feels close to cashmere at first touch, drapes cleanly through a full day of meetings without crushing, and holds the warm beige clean across hundreds of wearings. Handcrafted in the Luna atelier in Pozarevac, Serbia, in limited batches. Designed in Europe. Ships from California.
Fit
The Kim runs true to size with a long silhouette to mid-calf. For a defined shape, tie the belt at the natural waist. Between sizes, take the smaller. Notched lapel, 2 flap pockets.
