The Iris Short Tailored Coat in Beige is a short coat in a soft European cotton blend with a subtle satin finish, closed with a full front zipper and belted at the natural waist with a metal clasp. A wide collar, long sleeves with turned cuffs, and a tiered hemline that finishes above the knee and moves when you walk. It is built for spring and fall transitional weeks, daily executive wear in a moderate climate, garden weddings, and brunches.
Fabric
Soft European cotton blend (81% cotton, 14% polyamide, 5% elastane) with a subtle satin finish. Pure cotton reads matte and structural; pure satin reads slick and evening-only. The Iris blend has the body of cotton and a finish that reflects light without crossing into evening. The 5% elastane lets the structured silhouette move with the body without crushing. Full front zipper that sharpens the line, metal clasp belt at the natural waist, wide collar that frames the neckline, and the tiered hemline. Handcrafted in the Luna atelier in Pozarevac, Serbia, in limited batches. Designed in Europe. Ships from California.
Fit
The Iris is a fit-and-flare short coat, fitted through the waist. For a defined shape, pull the clasp belt in at the natural waist. Between sizes, take the smaller. Full front zipper closure, wide collar. Refer to the Luna sizing guide for measurements. Model is 5 foot 9 inches wearing size 2.
