September and October swing between a cold morning and a warm afternoon, and wool is too much for half of that. The Emma light coat is a black jacquard woven with teal flowers and a metallic thread. It has a shirt collar, a tie belt and a hem at the knee. Wear it with the knee length dress and the pants, and keep the Nicole for the midi pieces.
The blazers: Barbara in black and Alexa in red
The Barbara tailored blazer in black does the most work in this capsule. It is a structured black twill, lined throughout, with notch lapels. The flap pockets are edged in a thin red line that people notice only up close. Barbara also comes as matching wide leg pants and a wrap shirt, and together they make a full suit when you need one.

The Regina midi skirt is the piece that makes the capsule work for evenings. It is black and fully lined, with red and grey flowers embroidered across it by the embroidery team in our Pozarevac atelier.
