The Jody Lace Cocktail Dress in Black is a fitted knee-length cocktail dress with a lace bodice in viscose, a sheer illusion yoke, short lace sleeves, and soft draping at the waist. Viscose with a European lace overlay. The viscose moves well, sits smooth against the skin, and has a low luminous finish that catches light without reading as shiny. The lace is dense enough to read as texture rather than transparency, and the deep black photographs cleanly under chandelier and restaurant light without turning grey under flash. Fit
True to size, fitted through the bodice and the natural waist. The hem sits at the knee on most heights. The short lace sleeves cover the upper arm in seated dinner photographs.
