Description
The Eli High Low Evening Dress is a sleeveless evening dress in ruched black satin, finished with a square neckline, wide cap shoulder straps, a fitted bodice, a hand-set beaded floral rosette at the right waist in black and teal, and an asymmetric high low skirt that opens to reveal a teal lining as she moves. It is built for the woman whose calendar carries occasions where the dress is photographed, including cocktail receptions, charity galas, holiday dinners, milestone birthdays, and black tie evenings.
The ruched satin carries dimensional vertical pleating that catches restaurant and evening lighting across the full length of the dress. The teal lining sits inside the high low hem, reading as a clear note of color when she walks or turns and as quiet contrast when she stands. The beaded floral rosette is hand-set at the right waist, working as the visual hero of the dress and the styling point that does the work no necklace needs to. Cut and constructed in the Luna atelier in Pozarevac, Serbia.
Tailored fit, true to size through the bodice and natural waist, with a fit and flare silhouette that opens into a fluted high low hem, hitting mid calf at the back and just above the knee in front. The scoop back closes with a discreet center back zipper at the upper bodice and pairs cleanly with a low back or strapless undergarment. Between sizes, choose the smaller for a closer line through the bodice or the larger for additional ease across the natural waist. Care: hand wash cold or professional dry clean, iron or steam on low setting avoiding direct contact with the beaded rosette.
