LUNA FASHION HOUSE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
We accept returns of unused, unworn, undamaged merchandise provided all original labels and tags remain intact in their original position. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, cleaning, damage, or missing tags are ineligible for return.

RETURN TIMEFRAME
Submit your return request within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, merchandise must be received by us within seven days of your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA); late returns will be refused and returned to the sender at your expense.

 Every order confirmation email includes a secure link where you can:

  • View your order details and shipping status

  • Request a return within 14 days of purchase

  • Instantly print a prepaid return label (shipping costs are covered by Luna Fashion House)

CONDITION OF RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Merchandise must arrive in the same condition you received it—free of stains, odors, makeup, or visible wear. Shoes must be returned in their original box within a protective shipping carton. Handbags and small leather goods must be returned in their dustbags and protective packaging.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within five to seven business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed, including a full refund of any sales tax paid at checkout.

EXCHANGES
To exchange for a different size or color, indicate your preference when requesting your RMA. Exchanges are subject to availability; if your desired replacement is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

NON-REFUNDABLE & FINAL-SALE ITEMs
Final-sale merchandise, including discounted, sample-sale items, gift cards, and customized or monogrammed pieces, is not eligible for return or refund. Final-sale status will be clearly indicated at purchase.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We understand that promotions may begin shortly after a purchase. As a courtesy, Luna Fashion House offers a one-time price adjustment within 48 hours of the original order date.

Price adjustments apply only to the same item in the same size and color and require that the original order remain active and not be returned. Adjustments may be issued as a partial refund or as store credit at our discretion.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Items purchased during promotional events or with a discount code are considered discounted items.

Discounted items are final sale or eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not offered on discounted purchases.

RETURNS AND RESTOCKING

We understand that fit can vary, and we support reasonable, good-faith returns.

What we consider a normal return
A return is considered standard and not subject to a restocking fee when:
• One coat is ordered and returned within the return window
• An exchange or store credit is requested
• The item is unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition
• Returns are infrequent and consistent with typical purchasing behavior

Most clients fall into this category and are not impacted by any restocking fee.

Our coats are premium, oversized garments that require careful inspection, steaming, and repackaging upon return. To protect our small batch production model and prevent misuse of complimentary shipping and returns, a restocking fee of up to $100 per coat may be applied only in cases of excessive or abusive return activity, including but not limited to the following patterns:

• Ordering multiple sizes or colors of the same coat with the intent to return most or all
• Returning more than 2 coats within a 30-day period without previous approval
• Returning coats that show signs of wear, strong odors, makeup marks, or heavy handling
• Repeated return behavior that significantly exceeds typical customer patterns

Each return is reviewed individually. The fee is not automatic and is applied only when patterns suggest misuse of free shipping and returns.

DUPLICATE ORDERS
For quality control and sustainability reasons, Luna Fashion House may review duplicate or multiple orders of the same item placed within a short timeframe.

In such cases, our team may contact the customer to confirm intent before fulfillment and reserves the right to consolidate or adjust orders to avoid unnecessary shipping and handling.

GIFT RETURNS
Gifts from LFH may be returned for store credit only. The credit issued will equal the original purchase price, regardless of promotions or discounts applied.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
Report any manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing connect@lunafashionhouse.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and, upon inspection, replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
